Comments
Comments: No traction used until 1.5 miles in. Hillsound trail crampons from there to summit. Fresh half inch of powder down low, 3” of fresh powder about .75 miles to treeline. Ridge was bare and some packed snow patches. Approach to summit had some snow between rocks, but rocks were bare. Great conditions considering it’s late December!
