| Comments: |
Trail was packed down nicely the entire way. Snowshoes were unnecessary today. There were many sheets of ice several feet long directly on the trail that were easily crossed with micro spikes. I wore spikes the entire way up and back and had no problems. Overall, an almost perfect winter hike.
Saw about 5 other hikers on my way up and at least 50+ coming up on my way down. Glad I started semi early! |
