Comments
Comments: Didn't need spikes for Frankenstein Cliff Trail, but it there were a lot of water crossings and water was moving a bit quick. There were some steep areas that were slippery on the leaves. Just take it slow at the crossing by the Falls. Once you leave the cliff to Arethusa Falls spikes were needed. Arethusa Falls was beautiful. Didn't take Bemis Trail.
