| Water Crossing Notes: |
Unremarkable. The only thing to watch for is ice-slicked rocks. If you have Gore-Tex boots, you might find it preferable to wade on rocks that don't have ice on them. But with a bit of examination, you'll almost certainly find a way. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trails were overall fine, but there are some significant (but currently passable) blow-downs. Some of them will present problems with a foot or two of snow on the ground. |

I wasn't expecting to summit, but things panned out and that's what happened. The trail in the lower half is currently mostly dry. Second half is mostly snow. That interstitial bit? Have fun. I ticked a lot of trail conditions boxes only because things run the gamut. It's dry, soggy, icy, snowy... Keep expectations for the day suitably modulated. Enjoy the fact that you're not at the office.
