Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The bridge near the Basin-Cascades/Cascade Brook Tr junction is still out. The corssing has been directed back to the original crossing on the Cascade Brook Tr. Easy to cross today as were all other crossings.

Trail Maintenance Notes: All trail were blowdown free! 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Marlie had another great day in the woods. We saw a couple others but never crossed paths. Not much water above Kinsman Jctn. 
Bugs
Bugs: Not bad in the morning as there was a good breeze. In the after noon they came on pretty thick along the Fishin' Jimmy Tr and near Lonesome Lake and the hut.

Comments
Comments: Very scenic loop. Two peaks, two ponds, and numerous cascades. The new Kinsman Pond Shelter should last for a while. Very nice. 11.3 mi 9 hr 3800' elev+.
