Parking is at the Gilford Elementary School. School is on winter break at the lot was empty when we arrived. |

Trails have been heavily used since the last storm and are well packed. We used spikes most of the way up, but switched to snowshoes at the junction of the Mount Rowe Trail and Yellow Trail due to warming temps. We didn’t posthole, but you could tell the snow was softening. Kept them on the rest of the hike. |
