| Comments: |
Cloudy morning skies lifted to reveal an amazing and magical day above timber. CP was packed with a dusting of snow and great for spikes. Some loose powder and drifts from Pierce to Ike but manageable in spikes. Edmands was mostly firm but still soft in spots so snowshoes went on there until a mile before Mt Clinton rd. The road walk was firm from snowmobile traffic. All these conditions will be quite different in coming days with heavy rain and warm temps expected. |
