Comments
Comments: Cold but beautifully clear day in the Presidentials. Going up to Pierce, the trail is very stable and well packed. All you need are spikes. Past Pierce and up to Eisenhower, the trail still needs to be packed down quite a bit and is not very stable (saw a number of postholes). Please use snowshoes up here! It really helps set the trail for the rest of the winter.
