Saw a couple hardy pups! Take care if your dog has sensitive paws, frozen slushy trail looked like it could be problematic for some. |

| Lost and Found: |
Pair of men’s Merrell boots at trailhead in middle of lot. I put in a plastic bag and set on top of Boulder on far side of lot. |

Not much to add to other trail observations today...see note above -lost and found boots!
Careful of ankle busting frozen post holes- they are plentiful. Trail was a mix of bare ground, ice, packed snow, etc. Spikes pretty much car to car. Carried snowshoes but did not need them. |
