Access road into parking area was slick. A few cars parked there. I opted to park on Route 2 near the pool. |

Trail in great shape. Obstruction free and recently blazed. |

Pretty much used microspikes for entire trip. There were a few spots where snowshoes might have been a better option, but snow depths aren't really that deep. The first mile or so of the trail is now a pretty messy mix of mud and churned-up snow. Should be interesting after the anticipated freeze. |
