Comments
Comments: Lincoln Lafayette counter clockwise, up falling water, down bridle path. Snow shoes were a must, light traction across the ridge. Consistent snow 8-14 inches throughout most of the hike from about 3K and higher. Minimal snow drifts across the Franconia ridge, but some upwards of 2-3 feet of drift snow. Many post holes due to others not wearing snow shoes, making a slow trek for others re-breaking trail. No set monorail yet, more snow needed.
