Comments
Comments: Very challenging hike today, definitely earned # 23, had a noon turnaround time and summitted North Kinsman at exactly noon so didn't want to push it to South, broke trail the last two miles heading up north which was very intense as it was my first time doing that. Very low visibility up top, not much by means of fuse on that East side viewpoint, moderate winds cold temperatures. Good challenging hike overall, only saw one other hiker near the summit as I was descending, passed 4 on the way up who Paul ended up turning around. There are some pretty deep snow drifts, be careful at even the small stream crossings and big boulders / crevasses etc.. hopefully you get good views it was just nice to get away on a Monday:)
