I brought my snowshoes but they stayed on my pack. Below the “stairs†the snow wasn’t deep enough, it covered most of the rocks but at lower elevations it was just barely.. Higher up I could have used the snowshoes but it wasn’t that deep and the wind kept me from wanting to stop for long. One or two more good snows and the trail should be excellent. |
