| Comments: |
Given the upcoming winter storm we decided to do a shorter hike. Started at about 8:30 AM and temps in the high 30’s. Light snow started falling and stuck to the trees causing a beautiful scene. Lots of nice hikers out this morning getting in the peak before storm hit hard.
On the rock steps ice was present and we used light traction to descend although not necessary. Summit was rather cold and windy with light snow flying.
Another great trip with the gang including Marlene, Rebekah, Cooper and Burgess. |
