Arrived at the Ferncroft lot around 9am. Plenty of space to park. The expanded lot is wonderful - big thanks to everyone who worked on it! |

Kelley Trail has some very faint blazes in areas - may help if these were repainted. |

There was a red mitten about half a mile or so below the ledges on Paugus. It was frozen solid into a patch of ice, so we couldn’t get it out to bring it down. |

Trail was dry overall with some wet leaves, small mud patches, and very small ice patches. No need for spikes - you could get around the ice with a little caution. Went up Kelley Trail and down Old Mast Road. |
