There is soft ice for a short section or two where you'll be glad you had microspikes. No snow on the trail or summit area, but it's cold up there.
We saw so many folks heading up as if it's a casual fall day, really under-dressed. Please everyone, be safe. Respect the elevation. Fill your pack and dress like you might get stuck on the mountain overnight. Because you might. Even on an easy 4K peak like Tecumseh with its stunningly maintained trail so accessible from the ski area. |
