|
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
No issues. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
No blowdowns. The light purple blazes on Weeks are sometimes difficult to see on light-colored trees. For an unmaintained trail, Yellow Trail was in great shape. |
|
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Sure. I had the "please keep your dog on a leash" conversation regarding one over-enthusiastic dog. |
|
 | Bugs: |
Nope. |
|
 | Lost and Found: |
One orange handkerchief on Yellow Trail which I carried out. |

 | Comments: |
Wet trails to start, then drying out nicely by late morning. Weeks is definitely a lightly-traveled route, but also very quiet as a result. Near the top, I was almost run down by two reckless mountain bikers flying around a curve, so keep your eyes and ears peeled. The steeps on Yellow Trail were slippery due to leaf cover. Chilly and very much like November this morning. |
