Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Water levels are fairly low so all crossing were rock hop-able, although forethought is needed for route/rocks to take. Strongly suggest having poles as we saw 2 guys really struggling on the second (from the Kanc) crossing and one had wet feet from his first crossing.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Pine Bend is in excellent shape. The new blazes will make navigating in winter a lot easier than previous seasons. SBT has several significant blowdowns down low.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw several dogs who seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Comments
Comments: We hiked in snow showers at upper elevation (pretty much ended by 11 AM) so needed to be cautious on the rocks. No traction needed.
