Waterbars were recently cleared. Continued unmitigated erosion and trail creep; trail in need of major rock work to preserve what's left of Edmands great efforts. |

| Comments: |
Flats of the trail were generally dry this morning, but ledge (more and more on this trail from all of the erosion) was slippery. Areas of mud as well, particularly in the gullied areas. Two insignificant patches of ice (barely even visible).
Nice morning weather with partly sunny skies and summit in the clear (nearby peaks in the clouds). Mild temperatures. Saw less than half a dozen other hikers.
A few showers on the way south starting around 1 PM. |
