Comments
Comments: Trails in pretty good shape, after what I expect was a very busy year. I think the second bridge (the first one on Gorge Brook Trail after the junction with Hurricane Trail) is a bit iffy. One or two of the logs in the middle of the bridge seem to be near the end of their useful life. Also, as Gorge Brook Trail approaches the summit the actual trail pathway is not clear. A lot of people have created their own paths to the summit, it appears.

Spur path to South Peak is very narrow and scrubby. Hard to socially-distance. However, it was actually pleasant to walk on such a trail, given how wide most WMNF trails have become.

Did hit some snow on Carriage Road, for about 1/3 of a mile below Glencliff. However did not need spikes. This was pretty much the only significant snow I saw all day.
