Comments
Comments: What a November day! Over 65° at the summit. Haze obscured many peaks but you could tell the silhouette, and it was still a stunning view at the top, where we lingered for an hour. This being #52 of 52WAV today, I was nostalgic, delighted and hopeful. So much growth - so many smiles and priceless family times. So many peaks I’ve never heard of, laid out like a magic carpet waiting to take us higher.

In seeing FB posts of others who are still doing delisted 52 WAV peaks, and with our non-hiker daughter asking why not do them all - this isn’t really the end. It will never end, really. Because it’s not the end you journey toward - the journey’s all that matters in the end.
