we were a party of 4 , age range 20s to 60s, put our microspikes on at the half way point and were happy to have them for the added traction. if you enjoy stairmasters you will love this trail, the steps go on forever but they make it an easy trail! We were not out to set records and let others pass us, we did the 6 miles in 3 hrs and 37 min. |
