Comments: Rattlesnake, Stinson

Rattlesnake Mtn Tr, Stinson Mtn Tr, 3 Ponds Tr, Hubbard Brook Tr, Kineo Tr, Donkey Hill Cutoff, Peaked Hill Pond Tr, Pine Flats Tr, Yellow Jacket Tr, Tri Town Tr, Smarts Brook Tr

Dry and wet trail down low with decent chunks of mud in places then snow up to about 1-2" up high on both peaks and at the height of lands on 3 Ponds and Kineo Trs w/my highest point @ 2900'. Hit Rattlesnake, Stinson, and went to the 3 ponds Tr shelter on Friday. 3 ponds Tr to Hubbard Brook Tr/Rd to Kineo Tr to Donkey Hill Cutoff back to the shelter on Saturday night. Donkey Cutoff then out via Kineo Tr to the trailhead on Sunday. Then visited Peaked Hill Pond and did a loop around the lower part of Smarts Brook Tr. All of these trails were dry that I did after leaving the 3 ponds area. There was a lot of mud/running water in the area around the height of land on 3 ponds Tr. This trail was extremely poorly blazed north of the height of land. Hubbard Brook Tr is well blazed but has some navigation problems south of the height of land due to the encroachment of the beaver ponds but the trail never crosses to the west of the ponds. Kineo Tr starts off well blazed with good footing but progressively gets worse footing and faded blazing approaching the height of land from the north. Much better to the south of the height of land.
