1 step over 10 min in. Looks like a sign is missing heading down from fire tower. Just a post. Heard people talking about lack of signage coming up Holt but I didn’t come up that way. |

1.5 miles to fire tower really quick hike to beautiful views. Fresh snow on trails & in trees, so amazing. Bright blue sky, warm sun at top. Little chilly with breeze but not bad. Barefooted to tower but spikes over to South Peak. Steep & icy to fire wardens cabin. Great views, no wind on South & Rimrock. Thought about going to Orange Mt but instead steep climb down & quickly back to car. Saw about 23 people total but only 4 after tower. Another great day to be out! Definitely be back to do the Holt Tr. |
