Comments
Comments: I headed up Noyes Road unintentionally passing the junction with Kings Hwy as it splits here. After a few hundred yards I headed on a bearing to the peak. Woods were whippy and had snow on the branches. A direct bearing put me into an overgrown clearcut and I was too stubborn to turn back. This lasted about a quarter mile, I avoided this on the decent. From here the route was more open to the top and the recognized high point. I followed the same tracks back (I had already knocked all the snow off the branches) except for the clearcut. I circled northerly around the clearcut and this was a much better route. I came out right at the junction of Noyes and Kings Hwy and followed NOyes back to the car.
