Water Crossing Notes: Rock hoppable 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: One widowmaker type blowdown (someone has clipped branches for passage underneath) near lower shelter forest protection boundary. Some waterbars above sheltered filled with sediment. One rock waterbar recently fellover. For the most part, trail is in good shape though. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Beaver Brook Trail could be a bit challenging for some dogs. 
Bugs
Bugs: A few black flies and mosquitoes in the woods, but not an issue if moving. Windy above treeline, so none there.

Comments
Comments: Trails were mostly dry and in good shape. A little mud just before Ridge Trail junction. Didn't notice any alpine flowers.
