| Comments: |
Ammonoosuc Ravine Trail was wet with lots of areas of running water and some slippery rock. No ice encountered this afternoon. One tiny patch of snow that could be avoided.
Lakes of Clouds hut is boarded up and the water spigot disabled.
Monroe Loop had a small deeper drift of snow near the start, but otherwise was snow/ice free.
Crawford Path to Mt. Washington had one drifted area of snow that could be avoided, but was otherwise snow/ice free. Some areas of wet rock/running water.
Mt. Washington Adams building is closed. Cog wasn't running to the summit, but the auto road was open.
Trinity Heights Connector was generally dry.
Cog Rail Trail was mostly dry. They have crews working on the tracks, so there is some construction material on this work road, but no issues descending.
Foliage is mostly down, but a few random trees with late fall colors. Mostly cloud afternoon, but mild temperatures and not too much in way of wind made for pleasant travel. |
