Comments
Comments: Trail is mostly dry with lots of slippery leaves hiding minor holes on the trail. There was a little bit of water/mud and some minor ice on the last couple ledges below the summit spur. Nice calm, sunny day despite the forecast for 40mph winds. Got on trail at 7:45 so saw 4 people heading up and saw at least 50 people coming down after leaving the summit at 10:30. Overflow lot was packed with cars spilling onto the road when I got back to my car. Mt Surprise about halfway up has some great views down to Gorham and the summit view is one of my favorites
