Trail is in good shape. Took the shortcut/older section of the trail before the re-route. It was below freezing at the trailhead early morning and definitely cold at the summit. Very clear morning with awesome long distance views.
Not too many people out on this trail today, which I found surprising given the holiday. Parking lot was not overflowing.
