i did this several yrs. ago from a different direction, but wondered about this "trail". i walked up from camp #3 about 60 yds. and saw the path on the right. even with tons of leaves it was fairly easy to follow. it got even better as i went higher and there is some yellow flagging. the view ledge is as stunning as i remember it being and the mailbox is still there. this is a must do hike with great reward for not much effort. the recent trail work made things a lot better! |
