 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
We did an out and back from Whiteface/intervale Rd. There’s a short woods road (maybe private property?) at the beginning. From the end of this road to the intersection of the McCrillis Trail the blazes are faint and few. On the return i often found myself looking for a blaze to confirm i was on the trail. I never went far off the trail but I wouldn’t do this hike in the dark. |

Great fall hike. We saw only 6 people all day, 2 campers. I wish i had brought my tent. |
