Cool start and mostly dry trail for much of the way. One or two minor ice patches on Jennings Peak. Wind picked up and colder on the Sandwich ascent, crunchy/semi-frozen trail, some minor snow dust and ice here and there. One other hiker on the morning ascent but many others ascending as I descended. Clear day and great views. Great trail. #51 of 52 WAV completed. Woohoo! |
