Comments
Comments: Never hiked the Rattlesnakes before. MWO was predicting high wind gust today, so decided against the higher summits of The Whites.
West Rattlesnake was packed at noon on my way out when I had lunch. No need to go beyond the outcrop on East Rattlesnake, because there's no view from the actual summit of East Rattlesnake.
The loop around Five Point is worth it.
I was surprise how steep the Pasture Trail was. Not steep by White Mountains standards, but when you think 'pasture' you think flat, far from flat.
