Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Parked in a wide clearing about 1 mile up an ATV road from the gated (open gate) junction with Perham Road. ATV Trail was wide and easily driven with my truck. The ATV road kept going toward its Westside Trail. Directions from Route 3 in Stratford; Spur Road to end, Rt on Bog Road for 1.3 mi., Right onto Christie Rd for 1.4 mi. bearing right onto Perham Rd for .5 mi. to a junction and a sharp left onto ATV trail. Large parking area on left at this turn which we used later in the day for our hike to Potato Hill.

Comments
Comments: At this parking area there was a slightly overgrown logging road heading southeasterly which we followed for about .5 mile. At this point we entered the woods, slightly scrappy for about 200', but then opened nicely straight to the southerly part of the ridge. An easy walk on a herd path along the ridge brought us to the marked tree and register. The old register was getting low on usable paper so we left another notepad. Followed out same route back for a quick exit.
