| Comments: |
A fine, if somewhat cloudy day. Comfortable temps, no ice, little water or mud with which to deal. Edmunds is a fine path; of course, views from Crawford ridge very excellent all the way. Don't recall such difficulty descending Ammo; granite slabs below hut seemed relatively slippery even where dry thus causing us to move deliberately. A trail easier to ascend than descend.
Overall, a very excellent day with good friends. A 'draining' 10 miles, but managed by the intrepid and determined 'senior knee' contingent.
