Comments
Comments: Well we started off right at the beginning of campsite #7 as people we staying in the site itself. We came upon the random toilet in the woods which was hilarious. We took a bearing and found mostly open woods. We got a very short "thick" spot meaning nothing compared to most places. We decided we should go to west as we heard there was a view. So we went straight up the steep area and found some herdy paths heading to an open area. Well this open are was the peak and we could see Bretton woods to Washington. It was a little thick and had some blowdowns.

After this we headed to the next peak, the one we all came for. Well we read that there was a blow down mess between the both in a col, well they were not lying. We got some good open woods and then we hit the massive wind blown col. Snickers tried right side and got stuck and we tried the left. I saw a lot of people go way left and down a little and we should have done that too. We ended up on the old trail for a hot second in the middle after being lured back to the center with open woods to hit a dead end where we couldn't move. We ended up hanging right and got into the thickest stuff which we had to plow through the spruce and lay ow to get through it. Once through that we popped right out at the canister that is on the 45 degree angle tree thankfully! On our was back we kept right and lower and did some side hill which was what we should have done as there was open woods but very very mossy with some unsure footing. We then got back to where we kind of were on our line up. We stayed in open woods mostly for the way down. I did find the band of cliffs that we did not see on the way up and managed to hang from a tree like tarzan to get down safely. We then hit a woods road that we decided why not and hit it up to see where it goes. Well this lets to a trail that popped out right in the back left side of the campsite #7! This was 4.6 miles and took us 4:24 for time as we probably took 40 minutes in that blow down section. Beautiful day to be out!
