Comments
Comments: First time on Huntington Ravine Trail, and I thought it was as difficult as described in the Guide. There are a few very tricky scrambles and a lot of exposure. The trail wasn't crowded, but there were more people on it than I expected. Some were struggling in a few areas. Mt Washington summit was packed on this beautiful day. Sphinx Trail is a tough descent, but I guess it's the easiest way from Gulfside down to the Great Gulf Trail. There are a lot of wet slippery areas. Lower Great Gulf Trail is nice, with lots of small cascades on the river.
