| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Dropped off at trailhead lot. There were approx 8 vehicles on arrival lot completely full with vehicle's parked roadside by 9. A quick hike down the road and there was some roadside parking. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
a couple of easy stepovers on Hancock Notch Trail, 1 knee high stepover on Cedar Brook Trail. Ascending North Hancock on the loop there are 2 blowdowns 1 small 1 large. Going between North and South Twin is a large crawl over blowdown. There is some heavy erosion ascending N as well one of the timber steps has broken thru as well as some undermining closer to summit. |

Saw several friendly dogs on the way out. 1 extremely happy and energetic black dog- if it could smile it would be an ear to ear grin🙂 |

Great early fall hike of these two peaks. I met approximately 40 friendly folks enjoying the foliage and perfect weather. |
