Parking/Access Road Notes: 5 cars on arrival and nearly full on return.

Water Crossing Notes: the water is low right now. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: trails mostly in good shape. a few minor blowdowns on the lower end of black angel, but more robust blowdowns up higher. all are easy to get around.

Dog-Related Notes: saw 3 dogs and about 30 other hikers mostly on or around mt. hight.

Comments: near the pond on the forest road off rt. 113 i had a crazy moose run in front of my car for almost 2 miles! was that ever NUTS! i had never been on black angel and figured i would just hit hight too. it was long and hard but a really good day. the views were tremendous! the trip out was quiet but dusty. so dry.
