Comments
Comments: Went up the Attitash Trail about 1.5 miles and entered the woods at the turn in the trail. Followed the curvy ridgeline that coincided with the Bartlett Experimental Forest boundary; it was thick and scratchy a lot of the way. I had planned to do an out-and-back but wasn't excited about going back this way, so I followed the NW ridge off the summit. It was nice going with the old trail/animal paths till I got pulled off the ridge due to a blowdown area, and then followed a dry, open drainage to the west. I popped out on Bear Notch Road and walked back to my car.
