Fourth car in lot at 7:15. A few cars parked along road when I returned at 2:00. |

Even with Wednesday's rain crossings were all easily rock-hoppable |

Saw relatively few people (the joys of weekday hiking). There were a few pemi-loopers and a group of NOBO AT hikers on summit. Got to the summit early, before clouds rolled in. Saw several kettles of hawks, apparently starting their fall migration. |
