 | Comments: |
We got the partly but not the sunny in the forecast, and the wind gusts made us don hats and gloves. Lots of clouds but still loved the view from the southerly ledges. Mt. Hayes actual summit doesn’t seem to be marked so we walked over to Centennial Tr. to make sure we got it. Would love to come back in better weather - the line of peaks from Shelburne Moriah across the Carter’s and down into Pinkham was striking and easily attained compared to many 52WAV peaks. This makes 46/52 for us. |
