Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Parking is somewhat limited. I parked just north of the gate at south end of Long Pond Road junction with Town Line Trail. There is limited parking for 2 cars or so at start of Tunnel Brook Trail could have saved me some time and mileage.

Water Crossing Notes: Water Crossings were all easy 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Encountered large number of large diameter blow-downs across the trail in Tunnel Brook notch. I got as far as first beaver pond. I rendezvoused with a hiker coming down from the north end Tunnel Brook Trail and he observed number of blow downs coming from that end mainly in area of the Beaver Ponds.

Comments: Tunnel Brook Trail has excellent footing for most part. Trail leading to Mud Pond is lightly traveled follows logging roads for most of the way.
