Parking/Access Road Notes: Stony Brook trailhead lot half filled at start (7:00). Almost full upon return (2:00)

Water Crossing Notes: No issues. Water levels very low

Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails in good shape. Signs of recent ax work on Stony Brook, perhaps clearing damage from the tropical storm of a couple of weeks ago.

Bugs
Bugs: No issues. Note that about one mile in on Stony Brook trail a 25 foot section of the trail is flagged with a warning about bees. Did not see or hear any (but I did not linger long).

Comments: Saw only about a dozen people all day, including 3 NOBO AT hikers. The joys of hiking on a weekday!
