| Comments: |
Trails were mostly dry and very busy. "Social distancing" continues to take its toll on the trails and woods, with people tramping on vegetation, hanging off trees, etc., resulting in significant trail creep in places (including one of the scrambles on the summit loop, which is a good 15 feet wide now (compare to 4 foot Forest Service spec corridor width), with entire trees now being compromised).
Ski trail mowing has not started yet, so the gravel access road is the best way to go down at the moment.
Cooler temps that recent weeks. Afternoon showers only produced a few drops. |
