Easy rock hop of Tunnel Brook on Benton Tr. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
One blow down on Benton, several yards above the new forest road crossing.
Another just above the spring.
A small hand saw will be fine for both, just the crown is in the trail.
Water bars above Beaver brook intersection could use reshaping, and one bars outflow just ran back onto trail further down. |

Good hike for dogs, saw a few including a chihuahua. |

Forecast for sun was off. Heavy rain near the intersection of Beaver Brook Trail.
Met quite a few people who had descended the wrong trail. With all of DOCs signs, I find that hard to understand.
Please stay on the trail, protect the fragile alpine plants! |
