Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Unmarked spur trail is easy to locate; grown-in and somewhat brushy with 2 tricky blowdowns, but easy to follow the cairns on the ledges. At least three blowdowns chopped through on the Stairs Col Trail - thank you Trail Maintainer!

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found: the upper 2/3 of an X-15 hiking pole with the manufacturers tags still attached, caught in the bushes on the unmarked spur trail on the Mt. Resolution shoulder. Email me if it's yours, or if you want it to be yours.

Comments
Comments: Last year there was a wooden stool that could be used to hoist yourself up on the broken bridge on the Rocky Branch Trail; it has devolved into kindling and has been replaced by 2 slightly unstable rocks. It's still possible to launch yourself up, but eventually it might be safer to rock-hop or ford the river (if the water level is low enough).
