Nice day. Trail was wet in places down low, and above the 2.8 mile turnoff, there was significant mud between there and the summit and between the summit and the Gorham viewpoint. The viewpoint was nice, clouds were scattered enough that it was still sunny. Met three NoBos.....Shotgun (I think) and YearBook, who were hiking as a pair but spread out a mile or so, looking to finish on Aug 7th and Ricochet, looking to finish on Aug. 15. Ricochet got his handle because he said he never stops moving. |
