Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Sucker Brook was almost doable via rock-hopping on the ascent although I slipped and fell in 1 leg. However, it was almost impassible on the descent - I skooched across on a log and was getting sketched out. Actually, I should have gone upstream to the snomo bridge to cross for the added .8 miles but I didn't have the guide book with me so I wasn't sure how far the bridge was as I couldn't remember. Very sketchy - water rose THAT MUCH in just a couple hours from the heavy rain!!!!
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Lots of trail by-passes. Many drainage issues the upper half of the trail.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: why not?
Bugs
Bugs: A few but the heavy rain kept them away - no bug stuff needed.

Comments
Comments: Waited an hour for the rain to clear but it didn't so I just went for it. POURED the entire ascent. Sun came out the last half mile. Very slippery rocks - I took several long sliding falls - it was like a slip-n-slide. I was pretty much half-covered in mud by the time I got back. No views from summit in the rain.
