Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Only one car at Nineteen Mile Brook Trail at 7:00AM when I arrived. About 10 cars when I returned at 4:00.

Water Crossing Notes: Easily rock hoppable

Trail Maintenance Notes: Blowdowns on each trail. Duck under, climb over and herd path around.

Dog-Related Notes: Did not see any dogs.

Bugs: Lots of them!!!! I used bug spray which helped.

Lost and Found: Nothing lost or found

Comments: Quiet solo hike of the Carters and Hight today. I saw only 10 people all day ( 9 adults and one baby). Lots of mud and bugs. Beautiful views from Mount Hight. Lots of little waterfalls along the Nineteen Mile Brook Trail.
